½ cup flour, unbleached white, whole wheat or brown rice
3 Tbsp. Blaney’s Chicken-like seasoning
2 Tbsp. Braggs all purpose seasoning
4 cups water
Salt to taste

  1. In a medium sized pot, combine flour and seasoning.
  2. Whisk in water slowly. Bring to a boil then simmer until thickened.
  3. Add salt to taste.
