It Is Written Canada’s Prescription for Love, featuring Mike and René Lemon partnering with Marlon and Doreen Cliffe, spotlights godly proven principles that work to enrich, heal, and restore relationships. The program consists of 8 presentations, starting on a Friday evening and ending with a banquet on Saturday evening. During these dynamic presentations, the Cliffes share their personal testimony of how God helped them to restore their marriage “from ashes to beauty.” As an evangelistic tool, this Marriage and Family Wellness program brings hope and healing to relationships both within our churches and our communities, as so many marriages and families are experiencing major challenges.

THE PRESENTERS
Mike and René Lemon are the hosts for It Is Written Canada, a worldwide media ministry, featured on CTV and a dozen networks throughout Canada and around the world, to spotlight stories of lives transformed by the power of God.
Mike and René are both Certified Leaders for The Gottman Institute’s Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. They have been married since 1995 and have counselled married couples and those preparing for marriage while serving in ministry and education positions in Canada and South Africa.
Mike and René are passionate about faith, family, friends, fitness, and finishing the work of helping to “turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers” (Malachi 4:6).
Marlon and Doreen Cliffe have been married for over 33 years and have two beautiful grown children. Their passion is to help build and restore relationships using evidence-based research, the Bible, and their own personal experiences to share how you can have the marriage of your dreams! Their enthusiasm for restoring relationships comes from their own story of a failing marriage. They know the frustration of a lonely, disconnected marriage with the feeling of hopelessness. The good news is that they have also experienced restoration and happiness in their marriage, and they love showing how you can experience it too!
