Donations to It Is Written Canada, whether made online or by mail, are generally non-refundable.
However, in case exceptional circumstances exist whereby a donor has a dispute with the amount donated versus the intended amount, we will endeavour to reach a resolution as best we as can. We will reverse the charges and process the new amount being donated.
Monthly donors may cancel future donations by notifying us of their wish by email, telephone or regular mail. Please be aware that due to the nature of credit card billing cycles payments may be stopped only the month after we receive the notification.
